How Group Ordering Works
1. Tell Us What You Have in Mind
Start by submitting our Group Order Inquiry Form.
Tell us about your chapter, what you're shopping for, your estimated group size, important dates, and any ideas you already have.
Don't have every detail figured out yet? That's okay. Give us what you know and we'll take it from there.
2. Let's Build Your Look
Depending on your needs, your group may select from existing Sisterly pieces, coordinate a complete look, or explore a custom chapter design.
We'll review your request and work with your chapter contact to determine the best option based on your vision, timeline, availability, and applicable licensing requirements.
3. Your Private Ordering Experience
Once the details are finalized, Sisterly will create a private ordering link exclusively for your group.
Each participating member can visit the private link, select her size and available options, and complete her own purchase directly with Sisterly Incorporated.
4. Try It. Love It. Order It.
When applicable, Sisterly may provide samples during the ordering period so members can see the pieces, try on available sizes, and feel more confident before placing their individual orders.
Sample availability will vary based on the products and order.
5. We Take It From Here
Once the private ordering window closes, Sisterly will finalize the group order and move eligible pieces into production and fulfillment. Then you can focus on the occasion while we focus on getting your Sisterly looks ready.

Great looks take time, especially when we're creating something for an entire group.
For group orders requiring production, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production and delivery after the ordering window closes.
Private ordering windows typically remain open for approximately 2–3 weeks to give members time to review the collection, confirm sizing, and place their individual orders.
Custom design development and approval may require additional time before the ordering window begins.
